My Reelity

Last night, I was telling some frens how el cheapo here sometimes use the back of my precious iPod to check my make-up while out on a shoot. Some SickGuy who had joined us at our table remarked :

“So you must also drop your iPod on the floor often to peer up the skirts of girls?”

FYI, SickGuy, no one buys an iPod to drop it. Unless he’s sick, like you.
And if you have to resort to such things to get your fix, then you truly are sick and should seek help soon before you get yourslef into deep shit. (Even though being in deep shit may feel like home to you)

Even if you were joking, its a poor joke and it reflects very poorly on you.

Bah, where do they find these guys and why do they keep bothering me?

It came right after breakfast, continued through my lunch and never abated for more than three hours.

Then it went away and I thought I had seen the last of it. Half an hour later, it gripped me again and would continue well into the evening. By now, I was really very tired. I had tried all means possible to get rid of it, from drinking lots of water to holding my breathe till I turn blue. But to no avail.

While waiting for some friends for dinner, I decided to amuse myself by crooning to “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys. My only regret was I didn’t bring my iTalk along, or else the rendition would have been an excellent side-splitting podcast. Just imagine, it goes along the lines of :

You are *hic* my fire *hic*
The one *hic* desire
Believe when *hic* say
I want *hic* that way

It left somewhat mysteriously during dinner and after dinner. But returned mysteriously after a round of drinks. It would continue to haunt me until I got home around 1 am, before I finally put it to rest by gulping three glasses of water in a row.

I hope I’ve managed to drown it. My diaphragm feels really really tired. I better not be dreaming of hiccuping tonite. -_-
