As my dry season continues, I lamented to Serena, oops I mean, Qiao Yun (Catch her in “I Not Stupid Too”!) about feeling jaded nowadays. We exchanged sad stories, expressed anger at idiots and marvel at other idiosyncracies happening in the industry. She did her best to raise my spirits and left me with these lingering words,
Don’t let your loss of faith in the industry smother your passion for acting
Thanks babe, I really needed to hear that. 
Oh and today, I turned down my first role in Oh Sex! No, yours truly do not want to be an extra in your short film, featured or not featured. But I really think I didn’t get the role I auditioned for because of some bad blood between me and the director in the past. Oh well…
On a more irrelevant note, I saw this on a greeting card, where the woman was talking to a bemused man,
“Why is the SPACE between the breasts and hips called a WAIST?”
Geddit? 😉
Aww, I’m glad I was able to help a little. I feel what you’re going through. Yes, I still do. But we shall soldier on. I still want a chance to act together with you!! LOL. Singapore is so small, I always bump into same actors in different productions, so how come never with you? Heheh.
