Vincent Lee could very well have been – a manchurian candidate or programmed government agent of sorts – who malfunctioned – the fact they did not screen his blood and didnt shoot him dead kind of leaves me baffelled sounds to me like there is more than meets the eye here – the only reason i can see that they the Police wouldnt shoot him after a sustained 4.5 hour attack would denote that the government had an interest in this person.
