Ok, the servers are down, which means you get to have another review!

Well sort of. The next twenty levels kind of shows you what your class can do, and cannot do. There are plenty of quests, most of them are quite soloable, as long as you know the limitations of your own class. Grouped battles do seem a little bit of a mass orgy to me, and I’m sure the orgy will get bigger as we get to the higher levels.

The quests are still quite well written, but the loss of voice acting does make it lose much of its immersiveness. I’ve started a bit on the crafting path and the most interesting thing is that you can get attacked by mobs while you are harvesting nodes. It’s almost like a PvP feeling, despite being in a PvE server.

Of course the best part of hitting 40 is riding this baby :

This is our guild keep. I was gonna write a bit on the guild, but they have already done an interview and their own write up. All I can say is that I’m impressed with how they are managing a guild of this size.

Of course the other cool part of being in such a large guild is the plethora of women gamers in it (too bad most are attached though). The other part is that our guild chat sounds more like a server general chat, and one can almost always find people to group with.
