Just finished watching Death Note I&II from my initially-cheap-but-turned-out-to-be-really-expensive-cuz-I-hardly-used-it-dvd-rental.
It was rather enjoyable, and the whole message about how power corrupts is delivered clearly.
I was rather distracted by the japanese actresses inside though, in particular Erika Toda, who plays Misa Amane brilliantly and Katase Nana as Kiyomi Takada (Those legs! hubba hubba hubba).
Darn. I want a japanese girlfriend.
chio! i was erm. distracted by them too..
the 2nd one looks much better
J… oh u mean u swing the other way also ah?
kahkilang, I can’t find a better picture for the first one. But both will do nicely for me. 😀
Strange you should mention it. I was talking to the Japanese postdoc last night and he told me that the sweet Japanese girlfriend you marry today wakes up to be an ultra controlling nagging housewife for the next 30 years. It a reason why some japanese salary men don’t bother going home at all. Drink after work, sleep in park and go to work again.
Lather, Rinse. Repeat.
Don’t say I never warn you ah.
my dear ruok, it’s just that i know how to appreciate beauty 😛
why, you sound like you want me to swing the other way. ha ha.
joe, never said I want to marry them leh. But thanks for the warning anyway 😛
J, errm, did I? o.O
